How does Rehab2Go ensure safety?
We carefully select and screen our treatment providers. We conduct in-person interviews and multiple reference checks. We ensure that they are in good standing with their regulatory college and are licensed, registered and insured. We perform police background checks similar to those required for any person working with children and vulnerable people.
Can I claim insurance with my Rehab2Go treatments?
Yes. We only work with regulated health professionals. We deal directly with most insurance companies and provide official receipts that are acceptable for all insurance claims.
Why do I need to provide my health history?
Your health history provides therapists with necessary information to treat you safely and appropriately. Forms must be completed once per year and updated whenever your health information changes. Where does Rehab2Go operate?

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
We will do our best to accommodate schedule and location changes. However, all changes are subject to our cancellation policy below. For changes, please call our Customer Service Representatives at 647-407-3422

Can I change the location of my booking?
Booking amendments such as time and location will be subject to the above cancellation policy. You can call us at 647-407-3422 to speak with our Customer Service Representatives who would be happy to speak with you.
Do I need any materials?
Your treatment provider will bring all of the equipment required. If you would prefer to purchase your own equipment, the treatment provider can discuss the costs with you.
