Interview
We meet every provider face-to-face to assess their professionalism, communication, and commitment to patient care.
License & Registration Verification
We confirm that every provider is currently registered, licensed, and in good standing with their relevant regulatory college (e.g., the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario).
Insurance Verification
All providers carry valid professional liability insurance to ensure your complete peace of mind.
Our relationship with our providers doesn't end at onboarding. We monitor regulatory standing on an ongoing basis and act swiftly on any concerns raised by clients.

FAQs
How does Rehab2Go ensure my safety?
We carefully select and screen our treatment providers. We conduct in-person interviews and multiple reference checks. We ensure that they are in good standing with their regulatory college and are licensed, registered, and insured. We perform police background checks similar to those required for people working with children and vulnerable populations.
Can I use my insurance for Rehab2Go treatments?
Yes. We only work with regulated health professionals. We deal directly with most insurance companies and provide official receipts that are acceptable for all insurance claims.
Why do I need to provide my health history?
Your health history provides therapists with necessary information to treat you safely and appropriately. Forms must be completed once per year and updated whenever your health information changes. The health history form must be completed before treatment can begin. Should you need assistance or have questions, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 647-407-3422.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
We always do our best to accommodate changes. All amendments are subject to our cancellation policy. To make changes, please call us as early as possible at 647-407-3422.

Can I change the location of my booking?
Booking amendments such as time and location are subject to the cancellation policy above. You can call us at 647-407-3422 to speak with our Customer Service Representatives.
What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Your provider brings all necessary equipment. We ask that you have a reasonably clear space available for your session. If you have any questions about what to expect, feel free to call us ahead of your appointment and we will walk you through it.
Can I request the same provider for future appointments?
Yes, whenever possible. When booking your next appointment, let our team know you would like to continue with the same provider and we will do our best to accommodate that request.
Do I need to purchase any equipment?
No. Your provider arrives with everything needed for your treatment. If you are interested in purchasing equipment for use between sessions, your provider can discuss options and costs with you directly.
What if I have a complaint or concern?
Your experience matters to us. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us at 647-407-3422 or info@rehab2go.ca as soon as possible. We take all concerns seriously and are committed to a fair and timely resolution.
Is Rehab2Go suitable for seniors or people with mobility limitations?
Absolutely. In many ways, mobile care is ideal for people who find it difficult to travel to a clinic. Our providers are experienced working with seniors, post-surgical patients, and individuals with mobility challenges.
